TIMOTHY E. HAMEETMAN is an Associate and member of the firm’s defense litigation team with a practice that focuses upon premises liability, construction negligence, motor vehicle collisions and products liability. Tim has represented corporate entities in trials and arbitrations ranging from recovery of corporate COVID fraud funds, breach of contract and conversion, as well as residential and commercial disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Tim worked at two prominent large firms in Chicago. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.
Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Hameetman was a GPSI Fellow at the University of Illinois. While obtaining his Master's Degree, he helped author and personally lobbied on behalf of the Illinois Department on Aging legislation amending the Illinois administrative code and the Nursing Home Care Act. Mr. Hameetman is a graduate of John Marshall Law School (2020) and the University of Illinois, Springfield (2014, Maters) (2013, Undergraduate).
