NICHOLAS C. ROBER, JR., an associate with the Firm, focuses his practice on insurance defense, including personal injury, product liability, nursing home liability, and premises liability.
Prior to joining the Firm, Nicholas worked in private practice, litigating personal injury, workers’ compensation, divorce, construction contract and criminal cases. Nicholas has prepared and tried cases in a variety of areas of civil and criminal law. While attending law school, he worked for the Washtenaw County Public Defender Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan, defending indigent clients in misdemeanor and felony matters under Michigan Supreme Court Rule 8.120. Nicholas also served as a 711 Law Clerk for the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office, prosecuting traffic and criminal cases in Aurora, Illinois.
Nicholas received his B.A. from Concordia University in 2010 and his J.D. from Western Michigan University – Cooley Law School in 2014.
Nicholas is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.
