Michael Kreppein, an Associate with the Firm, has over 20 years of experience litigating and trying cases. Mike has handled an array of cases for a large number of companies as well as various insurers. Throughout Mike’s career, he has ably represented clients in wide range of matters, producing excellent results. Mike’s focus has been in the area of premises liability, motor carrier liability, wrongful death, construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, professional liability and employment law. Mike also has experience in insurance coverage. He has represented regional and national insurers throughout his years of practice. Mike has practiced throughout the entire state of Indiana and his experience in handling cases in almost every county has provided significant insight and invaluable knowledge, which he is able to utilize for his clients. Mindful of increasing economic pressure on his clients, Mike looks to accelerate turnaround through procedural dismissals, substantive dismissals, successful tenders and negotiated settlements. An experienced insurance defense attorney, Mike helps public and private sector clients identify and prevent exposures and, if they occur, capably manage reaction and recovery. Mike is admitted to practice in Indiana. Mike is also admitted to practice in Northern District of Indiana federal court and the Southern District of Indiana federal courts. In addition, Mike is admitted to the 7th Circuit court of Appeals.
Mike is a graduate of University of Illinois at Chicago (B.A.) and obtained his J.D. from Valparaiso University.
