JONATHAN P. SCHAEFER, an Associate with the Firm, has over 30 years of litigation and jury trial experience in defending negligence casualty losses in the areas of commercial transportation, product liability, premises liability, construction liability, and medical malpractice for a variety of national insurance carriers and self-insured corporations. Mr. Schaefer has presented a number of seminars on updates to Illinois transportation law to his insurance clients.
Mr. Schaefer is licensed in the State of Illinois and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, the Central District of Illinois, the Eastern District of Michigan, the Northern District of Indiana, the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the District Court for Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Mr. Schaefer is a graduate of DePaul University (B.A.) and DePaul University College of Law (J.D.).
