DIANE M. FITZPATRICK, an Associate with the Firm, is a member of the Firm’s General Liability Practice Group and has over 25 years of litigation experience. Prior to joining the Firm, Diane practiced as a Trial Attorney for a major multi-line insurance company. Diane has substantial litigation experience defending insureds in an array of casualty claims, with significant experience in motor vehicle / auto claims, as well as defense of premise liability claims. Diane has tried over twenty jury trials and dozens of bench trials to verdict, and has litigated hundreds of arbitrations. Since 2003, Diane has served an Arbitrator with the Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Program and is currently chair qualified.
Diane is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Diane is a graduate of St. Ignatius College Prep, the University of Dayton (B.S. Accounting) and Northern Illinois College of Law (J.D.).
